December 12, 2025      

Boardman Park & Recreation District Board of Directors will a special board meeting Monday, December 15th, 2025, at 5:00pm.   The regular board meeting is OPEN to the public but no public comment will be taken.  The meeting will be available in person and via Zoom.

The Purpose of the meeting is to adopt the Audit.  The reason it was not done in the last regular meeting was due to the paperwork from the Auditor still had “DRAFT” written over the papers.

This meeting is being conducted with public access in-person and virtually in accordance with Oregon public meeting law. If remote access to this meeting experiences technical difficulties or is disconnected and there continues to be a quorum of the council present, the meeting will continue.
