Boardman Park & Recreation District Board of Directors will hold their monthly regular board meeting Tuesday November 25th, 2025, at 6:00PM with an Executive Session.   The regular board meeting is OPEN to the public and will be available in person and via Zoom. The Executive session will be closed to the public.

This meeting is being conducted with public access in-person and virtually in accordance with Oregon public meeting law. If remote access to this meeting experiences technical difficulties or is disconnected and there continues to be a quorum of the council present, the meeting will continue.

 

Time is set aside for people wishing to address the Board on matters not on the regular meeting agenda. Speakers will be limited to three minutes, unless extended by the Board Chair. If written material is included, 7 copies of all information to be distributed to the Board should be given to the Secretary or CEO prior to the meeting. Action may or may not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The Board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items under new business on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next agenda item will be considered. 

The meeting location is accessible to individuals with disabilities. The district will make a good faith effort to provide an interpreter for any person who is deaf or hard of hearing if requested at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.  Please contact BPRD on 541.481.7217.
